Fox Patrol SR-633

Meet Our Patrol!

We met some really great Scouters at Wood Badge! The friendship and fellowship is something we will never forget. I am sure the songs and skits will be hard too. I know that we all learned many skills and left with many great ideas to help our Scouts. Good Luck and God Bless.

Pat Nekey

Now his 2 boys are participating in the 75th anniversary. John was a member of Boy Scout Troop 344 in Tyler, TX where he earned his Boy Scout through Eagle rank. John served as an Assistant Scoutmaster for one year after he graduated high school in that Troop. He earned his Eagle Scout rank with a Bronze Palm in 1987. He was awarded the Vigil Honor in the Order of the Arrow in 1987. He attended 3 Philmont hiking treks as a youth. He attended the 75th anniversary of BSA National Jamboree in 1985. John's Troop participated in a lot of high adventure trips including white water canoeing, backpacking and similar activities. John is currently serving as Cubmaster for Pack 462 in Lorena, TX. John is a firm believer in the scouting program in that it produces good young men who are better prepared for life by following good examples of adults involved with them. His goal is to help provide the examples and opprotunities to these new young men that were provided to him as a youth by coutless numbers of volunteers and good examples.
